Welcome to MCCB!

The Missoula Community Concert Band is a non-profit organization devoted to promoting and performing concert band music in the Western Montana area.

We are open to all adults who play (or have played and want to get back to it) wind and percussion instruments.
After rehearsing once a week for about 2 months, we present our music in a free public concert. There are two concert seasons per year - in the fall and spring - which feature guest conductors, and a wide range of concert band music.

The Missoula Community Concert Band is now in its 25th year, and has performed about 50 regular concerts and many outreach concerts at schools in Missoula and the surrounding area.
Spring 2016 Update

Dear Members, Friends, & those interested in joining,

The Missoula Community Concert Band presented a highly successful first concert of our 25th-Anniversary season to a standing-room-only audience at the MCT Center for the Performing Arts on November 9. We thank the Missoula Community Chorus and vocalist Caitlin Cisler for their terrific contributions.

Our spring concert is on March 28 at the MCT Center for the Performing Arts at 7:30 PM. Dr. Tom Cook is conducting.

Rehearsals are 7-9 PM every Monday, February 8 to March 21 at the Sentinel HS band room (in the detached building south of the main school building). We'll have a "dress" rehearsal the following Saturday morning (March 26 at 9 AM also at Sentinel).
